Press Alert! A lawsuit brought by Chizen Law, PC on behalf of a dishwasher at The Battery, an exclusive social club in San Francisco, was recently featured in the San Francisco Chronicle. “We are confident that every allegation in the complaint will be corroborated — by coworkers who worked alongside him, by documents, and by the Battery’s own records,” Steven Chizen of Chizen Law, Panti’s attorney, said. “As alleged, supervisors took part in the harassment, discrimination and retaliation; Mr. Panti reported it again and again for three years; and the Battery’s senior leadership failed to take action that stopped the misconduct. We look forward to proving this case to a San Francisco jury.”
