Steven represents employees treated unfairly in the workplace. He routinely handles claims for workplace discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, unpaid wages, and misclassification of overtime exempt status. He also reviews employment agreements and severance agreements to ensure employees receive fair and reasonable compensation.
Civil Rights
Steven represents individuals whose civil rights have been violated by businesses, law enforcement, and government agencies. On the business side, he handles cases involving discrimination on the basis of race, sex, sexual orientation, disability, religion, etc. He is particularly passionate about representing interests of the LGBTQ+ community. On the government side, Steven files lawsuits to protect clients’ constitutional rights.
Contract Disputes
Steven represents clients involved in contract disputes. He also drafts contracts to strategically prevent lawsuits from occurring down the road.
Injuries
Steven represents victims, including those with bodily injuries and/or mental and emotional distress. He regularly handles complex and severe injuries that have lasting impacts on his clients’ wellbeing. Additionally, Steven is dedicated to representing survivors of sexual violence, individuals injured by law enforcement, and communities suffering from the negative impacts of environmental polluters.
Product Defects
Steven represents individuals harmed by product defects and/or deceptive advertising. He has obtained favorable settlements within the sunscreen, cigar, and glassware sectors. Steven is committed to holding corporations in the food, drug, and cosmetic industries accountable for placing their own profits over the safety of their customers. He also looks to hold corporations accountable for their environment degradation.
Harassment
Steven regularly represents clients in civil harassment and domestic violence harassment restraining order cases. He also addresses visitation/custody issues, and child/spousal support arrangements involving restraining orders.

Steven is always looking to take on new types of cases. He is dedicated to ensuring his clients’ legal needs are satisfied and works tirelessly to help them achieve their goals. Steven also works with co-counsel when necessary to provide effective legal services.
